Description
The MILTECH 16SER serves as a robust commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution for rugged Serial connectivity, which can be used in a wide range of secured military and commercial applications on UAVs, Land autonomous vehicles (UGVs), Robots, and Mobile equipment fielded in harsh environments.
The 16SER enables one way data transmission for securing information breach from classified networks to unclassified domains. It features internal Enable/Disable TX/RX switches that controls which way data can flow to and from serial-connected devices. Remote software control for the switches is available through 12C. Interface through sealed MIL-STD circular connectors, with a 24VDC power makes it instantly compatible with network device and power systems. Up to 5 devices can be cascaded for a maximum of 80 serial interfaces over a single USB port. The MILTECH 16SER meets MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-704, IP68.
