DATELINE – February 8, 2021 – Milpower Source announced today that they have launched a new networking product family, adding complimentary technology to the industry leading power conversion and power management solutions for military and aerospace customers.
Milpower Source continues to drive its industry reputation for dense, SwaP-centric designs with a bedrock in ruggedness. The addition of a rugged family of ethernet switches, routers, and media converters provides a combined product portfolio enabling Milpower Source to serve our customers with opportunities for both OTS and integrated power and networking solutions to meet unique and tailored requirements.
Leveraging nearly 40 years of design and manufacturing experience in the US defense and aerospace market, Milpower Source’s new networking product family will begin shipping in February. The range of new networking products include unmanaged fast Ethernet to fully-managed Gigabit Ethernet, developed from the ground up to fit the size, weight, and power constraints of today’s defense applications.
